    4 sets, 10 repetitions, rest 60 seconds

  • Exercise 2: Barbell stepping lunge
    4 sets, 20 repetitions, rest 60 seconds

  • Exercise 3: Renegade Row
    4 series, 6 repetitions, rest 60 seconds

  • Exercise 4: Kettlebell Swing
    4 sets, 10 repetitions, rest 60 seconds

  • Exercise 5: Ab Wheel Roll Out
    4 sets, 10 repetitions, rest 60 seconds

  • Exercise 6: Landmine
    4 sets, 10 repetitions, rest 60 seconds.
