This is an excellent workout you can do anywhere and at anytime. All you need is 25 minutes and a bench or something on which you can rely on.

The exercises should be done in 50 seconds in order to test the muscle endurance. Besides testing the muscle endurance, with these exercises you will also lose all the sugar that is deposited in your body.

Short breaks of 10 seconds will maintain your heart rate during the workout and afterwards you will feel better immediately.

This is how this excellent training looks like:

Do each exercise for 50 seconds and between each exercise pause for 10 seconds. That is one round – make three to five rounds, depending on your physical condition and fitness.
