Complete Detoxification in just 48 hours!
Do you feel fatigue and lack of energy or your skin is dry?

All these signs indicate that the body is full with harmful substances or toxins. Such a situation makes you an ideal candidate for viruses and colds.

Therefore, you need to purify the body, strengthen the immune system and restore the necessary energy to your body.

Disposal of toxins is achieved by the process of detoxification involving five organs: kidneys, liver, intestines, lungs and lymph gland. The process is preceded by a period of preparation of the body when to eat less fatty foods, meat, potatoes and sweets and to drink as many fluids.

Most effective is tea nettle, birch and dandelion. Daily activities are recommended such as: hiking, swimming or other exercises that work the entire body.

Also, it is good for a detoxification program to be implemented twice a year for ten days. But, if you don’t have time and patience than the following is a two-day program that is really practical and if you carry it out a few times a year you will have excellent results.
