How To Make A Healthy Breakfast In Just 5 Minutes
With just five ingredients you can make even three healthy breakfasts in just five minutes.

Peanut butter, banana, maple syrup, yogurt and oat flakes are the magical ingredients for a fast and healthy breakfast.

Breakfast 1

Mash one banana with a cup of oat flakes. Make small balls from the mixture and place them in the microwave for 1 minute. At the end, pour peanut butter on top of each of them.

Breakfast 2

In a small ceramic plate put half a banana, 3 tablespoons of oat flakes and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup. Mix all of it and put it in a microwave for 90 seconds. When it’s ready, remove the cookie and pour it with 1 tablespoon of yogurt and maple syrup.

Breakfast 3

Sprinkle half a cup of oat flakes with a cup of water and heat them in a microwave for 2 minutes. Then add 3 tablespoons of egg whites and 1 chopped banana, mix it all nicely and return it to the microwave for another 2 minutes.
