Water is a source of life, and we all know how good it feels when you quench the thirst with a glass of this liquid. But how important is it when you drink cold or warm water?

Traditional medicine, such as Ayurveda, emphasizes the importance of the temperature of the water we drink. No extreme temperatures are recommended – it should neither be icy or hot.
